We are debating with some fellow Disney devotees about whether or not we should be giving a gratuity for this service. Wondering what the expert opinions of some knowledgeable UABers might have to say on the subject.
They are, for all practical purposes, Curb-Side Check-In, and thus should be tipped accordingly. That is, if you're checking baggage. If you're just getting tickets, I don't see a reason to tip, unless they are changing things for you. _________________ When you're curious, you find lots of interesting things to do.

That makes a lot of sense. We've always made sure to leave tips for mousekeeping, as well as the Magical Express driver. Just hadn't thought about the good people providing us this service. We will be sure to remember them in the future!
As a general rule (for us anyway), if someone is handling our baggage, we tip per bag handled.
For us, we park at an off-site parking for the airport, so the shuttle driver gets a tip (driving and baggage). If we do curbside check-in, they get a tip, but if we go to the counter, no tip. If we're going to WDW and we use ME, then we tip for the drive as well as any bags, but if we're going to DLR, we usually rent a car, so we only tip Bell Services unless we valet the car, then we also tip the valet. Same on the return trip. And while this can add up, it's a heck of a lot easier and saves my back from getting hurt, so it's worth it.
Now, as a general question to everyone, what do you tip for each of the following:
Drivers
Baggage
Bell Services
Valet
Mousekeeping
For us:
$5 per trip
$2 per bag
$2 per bag
$3-$5 per drop off/pick up
$5 per day _________________ When you're curious, you find lots of interesting things to do.

Pretty similar to our formula. Mousekeeping is $5 a day, and we always have those prepared well prior to our trip in special envelopes. If we've had exceptional service with towel critters appearing a time or two, I'll usually write a note of gratitude on check out day with some extra folded in it.
ME driver always gets $10, half for the drive and half for loading/unloading our bags. Our trips are just me and my wife with a single checked bag apiece.
Resort Check In will be another $5, for handling our two bags.
