Good morning UAB! I wasn't sure who to talk to, so I thought I'd post on here. In April, I had a healthy flyer miles account (a little under 100 miles), but yesterday all of a sudden it dropped to -284  . Did I do something wrong or is this just a glitch that'll get fixed eventually?

Hey, I don't mean to be a bother, but in a similar vein I haven't gotten the points for my donations for a couple months now and for a while I haven't gotten points for rating tracks. Is this something you guys can fix?
For what it's worth, I have some free time, so if you just need more manpower to help get these things done, I'd be happy to volunteer!

Sorry for that. I had forgotten how far behind I had gotten with this. I've taken care of the missing points. You SHOULD be all set. As for the point for rating tracks, we'll have to look into that.
