Yes, this character fits that description. Neither LeFou or Gaston though. His stature is more in line with LaFou's. I would actually say this character isn't particularly fond of anyone, gender not withstanding.

Character 1: Prime Country Goose a la Provencale, stuffed with chestnuts? And basted in white wine! Hic!

Character 2: Basted? He's been marinated in it. (As an aside about Character 1 I believe.)

Character 1: Dreadful! Being British, I would have preferred sherry
