I guess not! Line was spoken by a secondary character to the main character, and the movie is losing what remaining presence it had in the parks in the near future.

This is so familiar, but can't grab hold of it. The "bell" reference immediately took me to Quasimodo, so I'll guess Hunchback of Notre Dame?
