Not Hocus Pocus, but it is a live action movie. Takes place on both coasts of the US and briefly across the pond.

The remake of this movie is just a couple of years older than Princess Diaries.
There's approximately 35yrs between the original and the remake.
The original version of this movie stars a young Disney Legend, although it isn't Julie Andrews.
