....the instructions, using the link above shows what do use for an icecream maker as well as a comercial unit. I have 3 different kinds of home machines, so one is bound to work.

ah i see...you can use a domestic ice cream machine too. i don't have one of those, either, but as many others do, it's an attainable goal. Very Happy

I had the opportunity to have a freshly made Dole whip at the Dole plantation on Oahu last year. Next to having them at WDW this was great........ I was craving them for weeks after we left.....So this will be great....
