Ok, as everyone can see, we are finally putting the final touches on Figment's True-Life Adventures tour!!

For those of you who don't know, earlier this year Figment was voted as the site's "mascot"... One of his perks for winning this contest, is that he will be starting a journey, that will take him around the world and visit all of our fellow UABers...

Figment is currently packing his bags, actually his luxury travel accomidations... well, truth be told, it's a box.... Smile

Anyways... He is current packing his stuff and is getting ready to start his long journey...

Now is the time to start working on his itinerary, this is where you guys come in... We are looking for UABers who want to particpate and board Figment for a few weeks...

Here are the basics:
1) Shipping is approx $6-$9...
2) Figment is to be boarded for approx 2 weeks
3) Addresses and names are private and secure
4) Pics/Vids are not mandatory, but encouraged

I don't know where Figment is currently residing, but if it is possible to get him to me by this Saturday, he can enjoy a fun filled week in Charleston, SC. We leave on Sunday, August 12.

Sorry Frank, Figment is currently home in Florida and I'm stuck in South Carolina again..... Don't think I can get him out that quickly....

Does that mean you still want to participate...?

Sure. But I don't think I will be taking Figment anywhere exciting until the October WDW trip. Maybe a few sites around historic Taunton, MA and perhaps Providence and some local pubs.

He can also spend some quality time with Chicken Little, and we will be Christmas tree tagging in late October. See who has a better offer, but definitely keep Donna and me on the schedule.

Hi Frank,

That's the whole idea...to take him around your home town.....

daguru...Why dont you send him to Southern California with me first...The poos are arriving and I can hand him off to them to take back to Mass. From there they can give it to Figmntathm...and so the trip begins around the country/world.

You can ask Figment if he'd like to go wine tasting in the beautiful Napa Valley. I'd love to show him around. (I'll be the designated driver so he can indulge all he'd like.) We also have a sailboat in SF Bay - so maybe he'd enjoy sailing also.

tE, that sounds like a plan.... send me the info and I will get Figment in the mail when I get home....

beth, just be careful and keep an eye on him... he likes to "over endulge" and wander off on his own.... took us forever to find him after his second Kungaloosh....
