Disney Princess: Giselle or Nancy?
Daughters and I are having a "debate". I say Disney will be adding Giselle to the roster of Disney Princesses. Daughters say "she is not a princess and she does not marry Edward. Instead it will be Princess Nancy."
Opinions?

There are MANY who are no princesses until the end, or just assumed. But Nancy is the princess by marrying the prince, but Giselle IS the princess of the movie.
I vote Giselle. _________________ When you're curious, you find lots of interesting things to do.

Interesting. I believe Giselle is referred to as a princess throughout the film. However, I suppose taht Nancy would also be a princess as she did mary Prince Edward. I don't think we'll see Princess Nancy joining the other Disney princesses on Disney merchandise. |

I agree with Dave, I'm sure Giselle will be the new "princess"... they kinda use princess as a generic term for most of their female characters (Pocahontas from time to time as an example).... _________________ Up or Down North, South, East, or West An Adventurer's Life is Best! |

In The Disney Store, most female leads are considered princesses. We have a line of Princess Dolls (Barbie-like) that Pocahontas is one. Sometimes even Marie from The Aristocats is considered a princess. _________________ When you're curious, you find lots of interesting things to do.

Giselle has also already been featured as "Princess Giselle" in the Christmas Fantasy Parade at DL. _________________ Remember the Magic! |
