I've been reading comments all over the Internet about the new Star Trek trailer, but I'm curious to know what you guys think of it.
Me, I'm not at all a Trekkie. I've watched a few episodes of the Original Series and taken a half-hearted stab at the movies, but holy lord, I want to see this new film already. |

| That's what surprised me from the start. I know the names of those on the USS Enterprise by pop culture osmosis, I'm aware of many of the traits, but never really cared that much. This time, I do. |

The previews look great. And this is REALLY saying a lot for me, since I usually shun any and all Star Trek stuff.

I haven't seen the trailer to the new Star Trek yet.
But I have been a Star Trek fan for many years and if a bunch on non-Trekies
like what they see I know I'm going to like it.

but like George Lucus. Star Trek has to re-envent itself these people are killing me have we become so non- creative that we have to redo and redo and redo again till it flows out of our ears come on give it a rest!!!!!!
