Found out they are showing Pirates on Thursday night at 8pm. David and I got tickets and we can't wait.

Anyone else going Thursday night or this weekend? Can't wait to hear what everyone has to say about the movie. Popcorn

OK I will not spoil any of the plot but I will not be seeing this movie a second time any time soon.

Personally, I liked it. Although they could have reduced the plot twists!

I'd see it again.

Sorry, I do not agree with the critics.
I was so absorbed into the movie, I had not noticed how bad I had to pee, till the movie had ended and the credits were roll'n.
The credits took forever. But if you can hold it a little longer, till after the credits. I promise you, it is well worth the pain.
I love all of the "Pirates Of The Caribbean" movies.
I own the other two. And this one also, is a must purchase, at any price ! Well, not at any price, but you get the idea.
Captain Jack Sparrow was on his way to get...., what was it?
(Arr, me thinks there is a sequel brew'n off the horizon.)

Wow, this was probably the most anticipated movie for me of the past 5 years and I felt really let down. I absolutely loved the first two.

I had read on the Internet about how difficult it was to meet the time schedules, and it showed. The humor seemed forced, the plot very very contrived and far fetched, and at times I couldn't remember who was siding with who. Without revealing any spoilers, I didn't think there were enough good moments when compared with the last two.

A big disappointment for me. That being said, as far as movies go, it was definitely entertaining. I would see it again; but for all of my anticipation, I felt like they rushed it and hacked up the script.

I just didn't see anything wrong with it. I totaly loved it. I followed it all the way thru. All the twist and turns, cross and double cross, etc.. I was very, very into it.

i liked it a lot. i'm also glad they gave it a satisfying ending without making it cloying and perfect. also, there's room for another film if they change their minds...

Being a big Disney fan I loved it! I liked the first 2 better, but it was still a great movie.

I definitely enjoyed it, but I was let down that the final battle was really only between a few ships and not the entire armada against the brethren. Still really enjoyed it though.

Well,it's like the old saying"Beauty is in the eye of the beholder." Even though the first 2 were better I thought, I still enjoyed "At Worlds End."
I would watch it again.

I suppose some people don't like it because of unexpected plot twists and unlikely fates of some of the main characters. I guess we all had our own ideas of how things would turn out. You certainly certainly can't say it is predictable.

As for me, I thoroughly enjoyed all three films. I won't rate it against the other two, but as compared to most of what is coming out of Hollywood lately, I give it two thumbs way up!

I personally liked this one better then the second... but the first is still the best (best opening shot ever... still laughing at it)...

I do like how they ended the movie.... enough to give you closure, but with wiggle room and anticipation for future movies.... maybe more "pirate type" than supernatural...

Although, the scene after the credits was disappointing... here is what I thought they should have done (using spoiler text, highlight to read)

Instead of showing Will, Elizabeth, and their son... they should have shown the human body of Davey Jones, slowly sinking to the depths and then have Callisto catch him and swim off

All in all, a pretty good flick...
