Michael - White/Green
Pierre - Blue/White/Red
Fritz - Red/Black/White

The colors matching the primary colors in the flags of their accents, Mexico, Ireland, France and Germany respectively.

partially correct (although the jungle cruise did have a barker, I do not believe it was feathered)

Correct. Originally, he had a cat by his left head, but disappeared shortly after the ride opened.
