For me, it's just sad that this stuff happens, even though it is rare. You just want to think of WDW as a place where adults are there to be children themselves and let the place bring out the best in them. This is really a rare thing as I said, but, the attention often creates opportunity for people to say the worst of WDW, as if it's something common.
