I screamed my head off on Expedition Everest, I hadn't been genuinely scared on a Disney ride since my first time on the Haunted Mansion when I was 8. When I was on the Disney college program this last summer me and my friends would always purposely scream in the stretching room on the Haunted Mansion just to scare everyone else Razz But mainly all the dance team girls who were making fun of it....they sure were scared after Very Happy

Haha, that's more of a whimper.

A bit off topic, but...
As far as a scream on a soundtrack, anyone ever notice the baby crying sounds in "It's Tough to be a Bug" in Animal Kingdom when Hopper comes out? Just a strange decision by Disney to inject that into the soundtrack. Oh well.

It should be noted that this does not occur on it's tough to be a bug on the DCA sound track.

I think that scream is in the soundtrack to attract the attention of the Termite-ator, so he will start to attack us with his "Deadly Acid". That's interesting that it isn't in the DCA version though.

Both times I was on Haunted Mansion Holiday, and I screamed my lungs off. My dad kept nudging me to stop, but I told him it was all part of the fun. Besides, it's tradition at the Haunted Mansion, especially during the holidays, to scream like you're TRYING TO WAKE THE DEAD!!!!!!

I'm sure Maestrojosh87 means at the end of the stretch room. Of course the holiday version tells you to scream in the song, but screaming in the stretch room at the end when the lights go off is what makes this one of my favorite attractions to ride at both WDW and DL. Very Happy

The consequences of screaming on the Haunted Mansion ride, can be far reaching and severe. I refer you to my original post on page 1.... Smile

Yes, the stretch room scream is fine.

Unfortunately, I have been on the ride when people have yelled and screamed during the entire ride.

I get very grumpy when I can't hear the Ghost Host Wink

Note to self. Don't sit in the same Doombuggy as Kali. Even if she promises you See's chocolate.
