Gee WDWFan, looks like I will not be asking you to join us this year! Shoot and it was the Tokyo trip too. Perhaps I will just invite the nieces/nephews instead...
WAIT.... SHE refused... I didn't. |
Just for the record, Kray may have asked Kraysister but she did NOT ask her baby sister (that's me) I would NEVER refuse |

OK, time has come to take my son (currently a little over a year) to Disney. We're planning a Dec. 4th trip down. Can anyone confirm that this is a good or bad time to go?
Feel free to email me at kurt@kurtmiller.net if you'd rather email.
Thanks in advance! |

I've been to WDW in early December and I think its a great time to go. The Thanksgiving crowds have gone and the parks are decorated for Christmas.
The weather is usually still very nice, but pack for cooler evenings. |

I agree with Kray, it's a great time to go. Crowds SHOULD be lower, Christmas decorations are all around, and you can get good deals on things at that time of year.
Book it Kurt! _________________ When you're curious, you find lots of interesting things to do.

This was always a favorite time for me growing up. The temperature is nice (especially when I was coming from up north), crowds were a lot thinner, and my family liked the decorations and such. Plus Very Merry Christmas Party is going on, which hopefully I'll attend this year. Not So Scary always wins out |

Well, with four families and kids ranging in age from 3 to 20, I guess we're celebrating the fact that we could find a time that worked for everyone's schedule!! The last time we did this, my boys boys (ages 10 and 12) weren't even born yet!
My three sisters and I decided to make this Brendafitz24's birthday present and worked with her husband on the scheduling. We gave her a bunch of Disney stuff and a countdown chain for her birthday. The chain was more than 365 links long - very funny. I cut the links and mailed them to my niece in MA who stapled them together.
We're now at 195 days and counting! |

(i knew all that, I was just putting in a plug for Brenda!)
We have our trip coming together. We leave for our Disney Cruise in 138 Days 19 Hrs 38 Mins 48 Secs. When we return to Florida, we'll be spending a few days in Disney, and even a day in {GASP} Universal (Bug wants to go to Harry Potter Land). The only things we've booked thus far are the cruise and the flights. We still need to book a hotel for the night before the cruise departs, a hotel in WDW and how we're going to get to the cruise, to WDW, to Universal and back to the airport.
We can hardly wait. _________________ When you're curious, you find lots of interesting things to do.

If you stay at Disney before and after the cruise, you can take Disney transportation to and from Port Canaveral...unless you want to stay on Cocoa Beach and check out the Ron Jon Surf Shop |

Donna has just booked a long weekend for May. Unfortunately, she is going without me. (Or maybe that is fortunate for her.) I get to dog sit with Zoe the dust mop dog while she and her daughter get to visit with the Mouse. I guess I'll just have to hang out with my drunken running buddies.
Now how do the washer and dryer work again? It's been so long. _________________ [ |

Yes in deed our reservations have been made and I am counting the days and so looking forward to dessert seating for Fantasmic, enjoying all our favorite attractions and shows and some wonderful special dinners with friends - hope we can meet up with other UABers during our upcoming visit ... ma |
