No Poly?

I just can't wait till Christmas, because if you think I have a problem only requesting Poly music, Just wait till my FAVORITE tracks that UAB has become Avaliable.

Jason, I think some of our favorite Christmas tracks are going to have a fun in with an industrial size chipper/shreadder machine.... which I think is a travesty...

I still don't know what I got stuck with that bad rep with that track.... if you checked the record last year, I only requested it like two or three times... Eatmon and AprilDecember were the ones who requested it over and over.....

I'm still waiting for the Off Kilter Christmas CD.... if that ever comes out, you know I'm buy mulitple copies...!

Just a crazy thought, how about changing the request blockage time to block a request longer if it has been played a lot recently. For instance, once it's played, block it for 12 hours. If it's been played twice in the past 3 days, block it for 24, etc. You could even factor the length of track in there to block a track longer if the track itself is longer.

This is probably not a piece of cake to do, but it would eliminate someone wearing out a track by playing it over and over multiple days in a row.

Just a thought.
