Rudolph the Red-Nosed Reindeer question

Many people have had many questions about this holiday favorite, but I made an observation tonight that I would like peoples opinions on...

Hermie is "different" from the other male elves. He has hair, round ears, and a cute little nose.

My observation was that the female elves also have little noses and hair and cute little ears.

Is is possible that Hermie is really a girl?

Oh, and for those wondering, according to IMDB, The Dolly on the Island of Misfit Toys is a misfit because of a mental condition...she feels unloved. (I'm not making this up)

Come on, no one else has an opinion on this Christmas Classic?!

my only opinion is gratitude I never let my kids get in the habit of watching it. So I don't have to watch it every year like I did when I was growing up.

I personally loved the old show, and watched it every year. I still watch it most years I guess.
My family knew I enjoyed it so one year my wife kids, and most relatives each gave me one Rudolph action figure. So I ended up with quite a collection. I probably have 10 to 15 different boxes - some one figure, some 7 or 8 smaller one. They kind of "take me back" Smile

You know hermy could be a cross dresser it can work both ways and it's not like IT's in the bass section. Tenor is not that low.

In regards to the Doll on the Island of Misfit Toys, me and my friends always said that she had Malaria. I think that at least, is funnier then the mental condition of being unloved.

As for Hermes, well....we've always been a little suspect.
