| I don't/didn't particularly agree that they should have been built by a 3rd party company either. There is enough land in Central florida with out them selling off the limited portion Walt bought. If they think it will be as easy or as cheap to buy back then they obviously aren't thinking. |

I don't remember reading anything about a land sale.....seems odd that Disney would do that. It is just as easy to bring a company onto their land (like a lease situation).

| good point. lease makes a bit more sense. Still not thrilled by it though. But then again, considering the mouse's net worth, guess they know what they are doing. |

| I highly doubt the mouse would ever sell its land. Especially in Central Florida where real estate is still booming. Plus, it's not Disney's style to sell out....well................. |
