Top 10

A few times over the last month I have tried to request a particular Off Kilter track, Nova Scotia, on Friday AM. I see the pop up window that says the request can't be played because this is a possible top 10 track. I check request history for the past 7 days and don't see it in the top 25. Is this track flagged somehow.

On the other hand, I heard either World of Motion or Horizons Friday AM and then heard it as the number 1 track during the top 10.

I have had the same issue with tracks in the past. It may either be a coding issue, or tracks that are on the bubble of being in the top 10 when it's loading the playlist are locked due to the software allocating the Top 10 list. Does that make sense? I may have confused you more.

I've noted similar occurances in the past as well. In a few cases the item was no were even near the running.

That said... I'm sure it is not a bug, but is simply a feature we have not quite figured out how to use to our advantage.

I was confused as well, as the Broadcast schedule is showing the following:

10:00am
Top 10 Requests of The Week

When it did not start at 1, I checked there, thought I missed it and was surprised to hear it start a little after 2.
