Ok, I've done the parks before, but on this trip, my family will close with a morning in DisneyQuest. Any tips, warnings, etc? And does it have an opening time? _________________ The ending has not yet been written...
• Disney Quest Emporium offers 10% discount on select merchandise for The Disney Club, Disney Vacation Club, Annual Pass Holders, and Seasonal Pass Holders.
• DisneyQuest is now included on the Ultimate Park Hopper Pass for Walt Disney World Resort Guests. You'll receive complimentary admission throughout your stay.
• Price includes one day admission and unlimited play on all DisneyQuest attractions and games (excludes prize play games.)
• Strollers are not permitted inside DisneyQuest and may be checked for free.
Thank you!! I wish it opened earlier, now we might not get to see it. Oh well, there's always next time... _________________ The ending has not yet been written...
The couple of times I've been to Disney Quest, I know my wife and I have enjoyed it.
Really liked playing some of the "Old School" video games, like Dig Dug and Donkey Kong on the old machines.
Thought the Virtual Pirates was pretty good, but got me a little dizzy.
We really LOVED the Aztec Treasure game, or whatever it was called, where you have to drive the remote controlled truck through the maze under the floor, while one person was at the console and the other was shouting out directions. A lot of fun.
Like life, all in what you put into it.
A fun diversion. If you haven't been before, you should go at least once and check it out.

I am JTToad, and I approve this message.
Last time we went, "Aztec Treasure game, or whatever it was called", was not working. I liked it too. I found an Elvis flipper game, and monopolized it. It was mine for the duration. I wasn't realy interested in anything else. My family got me to do some other stuff, ( before I found Elvis). I did enjoy myself, after all, I was with my family. I just wasn't too found of the place.

As the "Collateral Controller" for Coronado, it is my responsibility to order everything from paperclips & plastic forks, to park maps & birthday buttons in english and spanish. I have been trying to order Disney Quest brochures for quite some time, and have had absolutely no luck lately! I don't think they are printing them any more.
I went once. Best is the old video games that are there. Got to show them to my kids!
And the Pirates of the Caribbean game was fantastic.
Shame was I only had an hour or so there so I had to skip a lot.
We get up early, and drive for 12 hours to get to Walt Disney World. We get there at the evening hours, so we usualy take in a movie or go to the other shops at Down Town Disney.
One year I decided to drive all night so we could arrive at the opening hour of Disney Quest. My family loved it. They had all day to play with just about everthing in there. I was dead on my feet. A real zombie. I'll never drive all night again.

I just read your post, went to "my bag of goodies" I brought back from WDW in February. (I collect everything WDW related.) In the stack of brochures I collected, there was no Disney Quest brochures.I think you are right, they don't make them anymore. Disney Quest is mentioned in the Down Town Disney brochures. It just shows it's location, no details.
I remember going when you had to put money on a card like Dave and Busters. Luckily, they got rid of that idea.
Hey, while we are on the subject of arcades, does anyone remember that HUGE arcade in the Contemporary?
We like DisneyQuest. We haven't been in a few years, but tend to enjoy the things we can all do together, but the "old school" games are really fun and cool.
You can get admission into DisneyQuest on your park passes if you purchase the "Waterparks and Fun" option, which gives you access to the waterparks, DisneyQuest, PI Clubs and Wide World of Sports Complex. _________________ When you're curious, you find lots of interesting things to do.
