Hey Everyone,
I was just looking at some pictures of Progress City a.k.a. EPCOT, and was wondering aloud would I really want to live there. So I thought I would run a poll and see what you all thought of the idea of living in the original concept of EPCOT. I am going to guess that you would not have been able to own the property as Disney would have wanted total control. So as a current renter I am going to say I would pass. But it sure would have been interesting to see how it would have worked. _________________ Jason

The part about it that bothered me was the part when you stopped working, you had to move out. Only folks working there could live there. Not sure I like that idea. The rest of it I'd have been willing to try.

I agree with Redbaron....it would have been neat to live with others in the same situation...it would have made for an interesting community "togetherness" _________________ Is it time to go to WDW yet? |

Not me. I would have liked to as a kid, but as an adult, I've become a fan of older architecture. Plus, would your extended family be able to live there if they didn't work there. Also, not sure I'd want to live near the people I work with. Nothing personal, I just like to keep business & pleasure separate. |
